In her 22 years as a Los Angeles resident and real estate professional, Niki has established a reputation for attentive detail oriented service, which is why a great percentage of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients – from first time buyers to experienced investors. Niki believes that the key to being successful and having longevity in the real estate business is to “deliver what you promise” and treats everyone of her clients as if they were her one and only client. Seeing herself more as a matchmaker than a salesperson, she is an active listener who factors her clients' individual needs and tastes into every potential sale.
